    I will dream about this food.  It is so incredibly delicious, excellent pricing and portions.  Casual and can accommodate any type of celebration, very nice staff.  Seriously can't wait to go back.

    The restaurant is dirty. The food was bland. Some of the meals came with soggy steak fries tossed on top. Brought our out of town guests looking for good mexican food based on a recommendation. I was embarrassed. Didn't know it was possible to find bad Mexican food in this town!

    Majority of reviews had good things to say so maybe it was a fluke night. But with so many other options in this area, we wont be returning.

    Was recommended this place by the hotel concierge. The meal was very good and as authentic as it gets. Very large portions so you won't leave this place empty.

    I got Fajita Toreada which I couldn't finish given the large portion size (came with rice and beans) and the large guacamole which had 4 different varieties. I would recommend both. The margaritas were $2 specials and well worth it.

    Service was quick since it was a Monday and not many customers but I would think overall they are a very fast restaurant.

    I am from Houston and was in the need for good food. I tried Costa Messa and was pleasantly surprised. The green salsa, chips and sweet tea were good. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. If you are in McAllen, TX check out Costa Messa and you will thank me.

    Amazing food I had some kind of combination plate and my partner had a caldo perfect amount of flavor! The salsas to die for oh man! Soooo good. Our go to location was n 10th but our last couple of visits weren't to great service was meh. Chips were greasy.

    Updating after our second trip here to Costa messa food is always great. Service started off swell but towards the end we felt forgot about and yes I can be needy but we Tip well. After I asked for my last trip of stuff and the check the server made a face! Come on man.  NOT GOOD I had initially given 5 starts took it down to 3 for service and cold principos. I'll be back but I pray we get taken care of the same from start to finish.
